Tina Miller served as the 2024-2025 President of the Pacific Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (PACRAO), bringing over a decade of experience in higher education administration to the role. She is the Senior Associate Registrar for Curriculum, Scheduling & Degree Audit at the University of Washington, where she leads initiatives focused on academic policy, curriculum governance, and process optimization to support student success.

Tina is an active contributor to the broader professional community through her engagement with AACRAO (American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers) and WaACRAO (Washington Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers), where she advocates for professional development, inclusive leadership, and the advancement of the registrar profession.

She holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Higher Education Administration, and is known for her strategic thinking, collaborative leadership style, and passion for improving institutional systems and student outcomes. As PACRAO President, Tina is committed to fostering a connected, forward-thinking community that supports and empowers higher education professionals across the region.
