Presentations and Presenter Information 2024

Thank you for your willingness to present at the 2024 PACRAO conference!
 
Presenters can use the Presentation Materials webform to upload any presentation materials (e.g., slides and handouts). Materials will be available in the Members menu on the PACRAO website, under File Archive and under Conference Presentations.
 

• Projectors, screens and HDMI cables will be available in each session room
• Each session room will have a microphone, either a podium mic or a handheld mic.
• Presenters should bring their own device (tablet, laptop) to power their presentation and their own adapter
  • Hyatt hotel will also have adapters for use if needed
• Presenters should prepare any handouts/materials that they would like to share. 

Should you need to print out any materials, the Hyatt Regency has two options: 

• a business center on the second floor with computers and a printer for guests to use
• a FedEx office on the second floor that can print for you.
