Tori Crumrine | Oregon State University

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Western Oregon University. My first exposure to higher education and the role of the registrar began when I was hired by Oregon State University in 2024. After about nine months, I transitioned to a new role within the Oregon State Office of the Registrar as the Assistant Registrar for VA and Military Compliance. In my short time here, I have been inspired by the work of our Registrar and aspire to contribute to the important conversations within higher education.

Bracken Dailey | University of California Riverside

Liz Johnson | University of Utah

Liz has worked in Higher Education for over 25 years, and currently serves as an Associate Registrar for the University of Utah, near the foothills of the beautiful Wasatch Mountains.  Despite wanting to be a Registrar when she grew up (like we all did!), her true introduction to the profession began in 1996 as a registration clerk for the night team at Salt Lake Community College.

Throughout her career Liz has had the opportunity to work with various Registrar functions, including academic scheduling, event scheduling (including arranging commercial filming and marathons on campus!), free speech, petitions for exception to policy, disability accommodations, technology upgrades, residency appeals, registration, transcripts, and graduation. She previously served her institution as the University Health and Safety Committee Chair and Student Affairs Professional Development Committee Chair, and still serves as a member of the Classroom Improvement Committee (CRIC).  Leadership, Professional Development, and process improvement are dear to her heart, and she believes we can all contribute to creating a better human experience for our students and staff.

Liz presented at her first PACRAO conference in 2012, and has had various opportunities to present at PACRAO and UACRAO, along with attending AACRAO several times.  Liz has served as a member of the PACRAO N&E in 2013, was able to participate in PACRAO LDI 2023-2024, and is serving on the program committee for PACRAO 2025.

She holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Marketing and Business Administration from the University of Utah.

Maxwell Kwenda | Gonzaga University

I have worked in administrative roles at a regional public institution in South Dakota, an HBCU private-not-for-profit medical school in Georgia, and now, at a Jesuit-Catholic affiliated institution. My current focus is in shaping how data are captured and reported, not just for efficient operational usage, but for effective decision making.

Regina Miller | Riverside City College

I am the Assistant Director of Admissions & Records at Riverside City College with over five years of experience in this role and a total of 15 years in the community college system. My journey in higher education began in 2011 as a student worker and Vice President of Associated Students at Moreno Valley College where I discovered a love for helping others with their educational journey. I hold a B.A. in Accounting and an M.S. in Informatics-Cybersecurity, leveraging my expertise to drive operational excellence and ensure compliance in admissions, student records, and degree evaluation. I am passionate about using innovative technology to streamline processes, reduce barriers, and enhance student interactions, all while fostering a collaborative environment and driving strategic improvements in higher education.

Cynthia Rojas-Soloroio | UCLA

My name is Cynthia Rojas Solorio and I am a Records Analyst at the UCLA Registrar's Office. I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Television Production from Cal State University Northridge but my true passion has always been data analytics. My current job consists of wearing multiple hats: residency, enrollment compliance/auditing, and student records access/training. Attending PACRAO  for the last two years has allowed me to meet other professionals in similar positions, network, and learn how to be a better leader within my position. I believe this is my chance to give back to the organization and work towards PACRAO's future.

Jaclyn Pryor | The University of Arizona

Jaclyn Pryor joined the registrar profession in September 2021 and currently serves as the Assistant Registrar of Room and Course Scheduling at The University of Arizona.  Jaclyn centers her work on fostering an inclusive learning environment both at the micro and macro levels of the student experience. Since joining the PACRAO community, Jaclyn has enjoyed engaging with folks as a member of the 2023 Program Committee, PACRAO Session Presenter 2022, 2023, & 2024, as well as a New Member Mentor in 2023 & 2024.

Maggie Ramirez | The University of Arizona

As a proud Wildcat alumnus, I earned both my undergraduate degree in public health and master's degree in human rights practice from The University of Arizona. I joined the University of Arizona Office of the Registrar in May 2023 as Associate Registrar and lead a team who manages registration, petitions and appeals, customer service, residency classification, and college transcript processing. In the seven years prior to joining this team, I held various roles on campus including assistant director for academic advising, student data and retention specialist, engagement coordinator, and academic advisor. As a former first-generation transfer and commuter student who had limited access to traditional campus life, I never could have imagined I would someday hold a professional role with potential for such profound impact for our students and our institution. Every day I am grateful that I’ve found my way to my people in the Office of the Registrar and in PACRAO, I can’t wait to see what we accomplish together as we continue to lead our organization and our institutions into the ever-evolving future of higher education.
