Pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies (thanks to the passion ignited by the Ventura County Leadership Academy and Leadership California programs I completed), I hold a master’s in management and a bachelor’s in business administration with a concentration in Marketing. I'm pumped to keep teaming up, soaking in knowledge, and nurturing a wild mix of leadership in our awesome PACRAO community! Let's make it happen!

Sean Pattison
I am the Associate Registrar for Records & Registration at UCLA. I have been a part of the higher education community at UCLA for over 10 years, with experience in Parent & Family Programs, Orientation, and Registrar’s Office. I attended my first PACRAO in 2018 and have attended nearly every PACRAO since. I love the community that PACRAO creates and have been fortunate to participate in the Leadership Development Institute (2019-2020), have presented at several conferences, and served on the Program Committee for PACRAO 2023. I would be honored to serve as a member of the N&E Committee to continue to ensure PACRAO is in good hands for years to come.

Christopher Rallustian
Aloha, my name is Christopher Rallustian and I am the VA School Certifying Official at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa in the Office of the Registrar. I am a U.S. Army Veteran that had no intentions of going to college after high school, let alone ever thought about working for college or university, but here I am. I started my career in higher education in October 2014 at Honolulu Community College in the Admissions and Records Office serving as the VA School Certifying Official assisting students using benefits from admission through graduation. During the pandemic, I had quickly moved all paper-based forms and processes completely online to ensure our services are easily accessible to our students. I then moved over to UH Mānoa in my current capacity in January 2022, bringing the home grown processes and technological expertise with me which has our office moving forward in the right direction. Other than work I enjoy going holoholo (cruising) around the island, camping, and kicking back with family and friends.

Mayra A. Segura

I am a California native. Born and raised in the beautiful City of Carpinteria-suburb of Santa Barbara. I attended The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) in downtown Los Angeles where I earned my Associate of Arts Degree in Marketing. I joined Roseman University, in Henderson Nevada in December of 2008, as the Administrative Assistant for the former University Registrar. I returned to school and earned my Bachelor of Science in Business degree from Bellevue University and in 2013 I assumed the position of Enrollment Specialist. Following the resignation of the previous Registrar, I accepted the position of University Registrar. Four years later, family and friends have no idea what I “actually” do for a living, but I’m okay with changing my answer every time they ask.

Christian Sweatt
My name is Christian Sweatt, and I currently serve as the associate registrar for systems and records at the University of California, San Francisco. With 14 years in higher education, I started out as a student database administrator for the College of Arts and Letters at the University of Southern Mississippi. Throughout my tenure, I transitioned to various student affairs roles, including retention and recruitment coordinator and academic advising lead within the College of Business. Since joining UCSF as a student services advisor in 2018, I was fortunate to have been given a great deal of autonomy and agency, allowing me to collaborate with numerous constituents across campus aiding in my contribution to the Graduate Division in the form of process and policy improvements. This experience positioned me favorably to join the Office of the Registrar in June of 2023, where I have continued my work advocating for people and evaluating processes to help provide a positive experience for our students, staff, and faculty.

Jarrell Townsend

My name is Jarrell Townsend and I am the Assistant Registrar for Degree Completion at Oregon State University. I graduated from Portland State University in 2013 with my BS in Marketing and Black Studies and in 2021 I earned My Masters in Education from PSU as well. I have worked in higher education for over 11 years and I take pride in helping students complete their education journey. Outside of work I spend most of my time being a father, golfing and making positive contributions to my community.
