Join us Sunday evening for an inspiring keynote with Jenna Heath, M.Ed.—a dynamic communicator, educator, and leadership coach. With degrees in Education and Communication/Political Science, and experience as adjunct faculty at multiple institutions, Jenna brings depth, warmth, and innovation to her message.

In 2024, she launched the podcast Tearin’ Up My Heart: Emotional Leadership Lessons, which focuses on making emotional intelligence and leadership training accessible to everyone. She’s also certified as a Global Career Development Facilitator and Executive Coach.

Keynote Objectives:

  • Understand emotional leadership and its impact on communication and decision-making
  • Build emotional intelligence skills (self-awareness, regulation, empathy)
  • Promote psychological safety in team and campus environments
  • Apply emotional intelligence to difficult conversations and high-pressure situations
  • Attendees will walk away with practical tools for leading with empathy and accountability.

Esteban Herevia

Esteban Herevia, he/they, served as the Strategist for Washington State University’s Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine; President and CEO of Spokane Pride, the largest LGBTQIA2s+ organization in the Inland Northwest; Communications Chair for InterPride - the global association of Pride organizations and licensor of World Pride; and Vice President of the United States Association of Pride Organizations. As a community leader and strategic thinker, Esteban champions inclusive models of leadership envisioning a future where each of us belong. Esteban was recognized as a 2023 Top 20 under 40 Influencer in the Inland Pacific Northwest, designated as a Washington State University Excellence in Equity awardee, and 2025 TEDx Speaker.

Sarah Henderson

Sarah Henderson is the Director of Development at Partners INW, a nonprofit serving families across the Inland Northwest with food, clothing, diapers, and emergency assistance. In her role, Sarah leads fundraising, donor engagement, and campaign strategy—including a $2.4 million capital campaign to expand services in response to a dramatic rise in community need.

With a deep understanding of development work and a gift for storytelling, Sarah is passionate about connecting people to purpose. Her approach blends strategic planning with genuine community engagement, helping donors see the tangible impact of their generosity. Whether she’s designing a donor event, securing a major gift, or creating tools to empower board members, Sarah thrives in building relationships that move missions forward.
