This is a year like no other! But PACRAO is very excited to be meeting again in person with all the interaction and networking and creativity and professional development that always takes place at our conferences. Given the unusual year, we want to be as flexible as possible in order to facilitate as many of you to attend in-person. Let us know <
conference-help@pacrao.org> if you are having any issues or concerns about attending. We are here to help! And of course, for those unable to attend in person, we are also providing a virtual option to connect and learn and be involved.
Safety and Health
We’re excited to be in person this fall for the PACRAO annual meeting with a virtual track. We are thinking about your safety and health as we move forward in planning the conference and providing updates. Will guidelines change? ... Yes. Will we keep you updated as much as possible? ... Yes. At this current time,
guidelines set by the La Paloma Resort in Tucson, AZ are available. We’ll be tracking their guidelines as well as the
CDC guidelines. We’re excited to be together in a safe and fun environment to provide networking, professional development, and engagement. Please continue to look out for emails and announcements from the PACRAO Board around the 2021 conference.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will there be a virtual option this year?
Yes! We know many people may not be able to attend in-person in Tucson. There will be a virtual option available that will include access to the plenary sessions and some specific virtual sessions.
Can multiple people from an institution register at one time?
Yes! During your registration you will be able to 'Add Another Attendee to this Registration'. This will allow institutions to register multiple people and only need to complete one payment transaction.
Does each attendee need to be registered?
Yes, we ask that everyone who is participating register for the conference.
Do Presenters need to register?
Yes.
